The Southern Cross team, Troy and Corey, were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time, handled my valuables with extra care, and worked hard throughout the move (especially considering the fact that it was extremely hot out!). The truck was packed perfectly and they were able to fit everything in securely. I highly recommend this company.

This crew was very well organized and had a firm grasp of my objectives, right from the outset. They were courteous and well versed in the art of getting maximum use of the resources available. They overcame the obstacle of my not being well prepared for the move, (due to changes in my travel arrangements, ) and completed the job in a very efficient manner. We cannot express how fantastic these gentlemen are. They kept us in constant contact from the day before until they arrived. The job was clarified before anyone arrived so there were no surprises for anyone. The movers jumped right in, handling everything from small furniture to a heavy safe. Nobody was sitting around, all 3 movers were extremely courteous throughout the 2 hours, even in the heat and humidity of the day.
We would not hesitate to use Southern Cross Movers again and we recommend them highly.

The crew that came to move us did an excellent job. They were polite, courteous and very respectful of our home and items within it. They were very fast, and got the job done quickly. Each member of the crew was kind, asking opinion before placing items and even moving things around the room for me. The only negative thing I could say is that they were running late and didn't call us to let us know until after we contacted them looking for updates. Regardless, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking us we will reach out with a courtesy call upon accepting your order and getting details about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If booking a morning job the guys will call when leaving the shop with gps arrival time. If afternoon arrival we will keep the customer up to date with the crews progress on current job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Box up all miscellaneous items such as lamps, pictures and small items. If needed we can supply packing materials and labor. Make sure they have all personal items they need for their trip put aside.
What types of moves have you handled?
We travel all over the U.S.A and have loaded shipping containers to go all over the world. If it needs to be moved we can get it there, worldwide.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about this business is helping people that don't have the time or physical ability to do it themselves. I hear from a lot of our customers how they moved themselves so many times but are just to old to do it anymore. That is we come in for their first experience with paid movers to show them how stress free it can be at an affordable price.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are ran through a wrapping and loading class at our warehouse before going on their first job. Proper technique on wrapping furniture to minimize damage and then loading of trucks,pods, and storage units.

We do not refund for any unused time.
