Piss poor performance. Quit job early. Showed up late. Didn’t lightest and minimal job possible. Should be removed as an option. Not prepared. No equipment.

Total ******* when quitting the job.

Mover's response:
First, we weren't late. Arrival time was 12-1 and we arrived at 12:30. Customer was on the 7th floor and the one elevator in the building was under maintenance the first hr and a half. They completely shut it down after that indefinitely. Customer was very happy with our performance until we informed him we had another job an hr in advance. We even helped him secure a replacement. He told us to cancel the next appointment (which spoke volumes). We told him we couldn't do that. He then began raising his voice and being mean. We stayed professional. We're truly sorry we couldn't stay passed purchased time. He praised our performance beforehand and had no complaints prior. It was not our fault the property management didn't inform him the elevator would be down during his time window. We still managed to complete 75 percent of the move by moving fast without taking any breaks. Most times we are able to stay for additional time. This was a rare occasion where we had a very tight schedule.

Caution these movers are not insured so if something is damaged you will be reimbursed minimally thru hire a helper!!
They were efficient in moving. Were late by an hour and 1/2 but did call to inform me.

Insurance is provided with each order and we did not damage anything so I am slightly baffled..

Although they were a little late due to an unforeseen circumstance. They called and assured that they would get things unloaded by the time I needed. They were in fact much faster than anticipated. Would definitely recommend!

Paid for two guys. The one guy, who had done this many times was great, but the other didn’t do any work . He just followed the other guy around.
The worst part was that they didn’t take care with our furniture. Dropped couch against the wall, didn’t use any blankets when they put our wooden furniture directly on the metal dolly we had (then wheeled it down a bumpy car ramp) - It’s all still in a trailer so I can’t check it for damage.
They also didn’t show up with any gear whatsoever. The owner made sure this was my fault because I apparently didn't mark this on my form.

Mover's response:
We only reminded customer equipment is provided upon request. Job was completed in under the time booked and nothing was damaged. Not sure what happened here..
