These guys were terrific. They let us know when they were running late and then arrived as promised. They were very careful both unloading and delivering the items where we wanted them. They were courteous and polite and the checkout process was a breeze. We would both recommend them and use them again.

Showed up within time window but started off really slow. I was moving from 2bdrm ranch house to 3bdr ranch with basement. I originally requested 3hrs and 4 men, about an hour into job the lead guy says it’s gonna take at least 5 hrs just to load truck and they had to leave at 1p (they arrive at 8:30a). The lead guy suggests I call to book another crew to unload at all the needs house. So around 9:30 I called, no answer and left vm. Later lead guy decides they will do whole job and unload at new house. I realized I under booked the amount of time needed for the job, and I appreciate how accommodating they were with getting the job done.
Nothing broken, but I would not recommend allowing these guys to disassemble or re-assemble, I LOST A WHOLE COMPUTER DESK BECAUSE ONE OF THE GUYS (Sergio I think the name was) SCREWED THROUGH THE DESKTOP SURFACE.
I hope I can get my claim for what I paid for it.

Victor was personable, professional and a master stacker! They were on time, efficient and got the job done within the time allotted. They were also flexible when we had to adjust the start time.

Communication before and right up to arrival was outstanding! Once onsite, Victor and his team went right to work, and in very short order were done. They stacked the items in the truck smartly, and took extreme care in the moving and stacking of items. All were super-professional and personable. If you have any move jobs coming up in the Chicago area, John 3:26 Movers should be your first call. Outstanding!?
