Victor worked quickly and smartly to pack our truck 26' truck. He unloaded the truck efficiently and with a smile.

Because they were late, (with car trouble)... We got a late start. We worked right along side them, because they said they had another job to get to. We worked as hard or harder than they did! They said they had to get to their next job... So we were stuck with a loaded truck and no one to unload it, that afternoon. They suggested that we go online to hire new Movers for the next day, (because they Don't work on Saturdays). That's what we did... (Unfortunately, because our beds were on the truck... We had to sleep in chairs that night.) If we had to move again, we would not use the same workers. We are so Thankful that we ended up with excellent, hard working, respectful Movers on Saturday.

Mover's response:
We were delayed about 30 minutes. Customer booked 2 helpers for 2 hrs to load AND unload a 26 ft box truck, which can take up to 7-8 hrs. When we arrived and realized the customer underestimated the job, we immediately let them know that we could stay an extra hr (which we did), but informed them immediately that we had another job after theirs which would prevent us from being able to spend the entire day working for them. We immediately informed Mr Stoll of the other option of contacting Hireahelper to secure another team. I also told him they'd most likely be able to secure another for the same day or the next. He chose the following day and thanked us multiple times for the suggestion. We worked hard, fast and safe with no damages while it rained the entire time, with no breaks.

Between 8 and 9 a.m., arrived 9:40. By then just 25 min of svc needed.

Mover's response:
Informed customer in advance we had a rare emergency that would cause us to be about 40 min outside arrival window. This is the description of the move left by customer on the invoice..

Two bedrooms, 1400 sq feet. We plan on loading most, if not all, boxes day before ourselves.

And that is exactly what happened. It was a small box truck and the boxes were loaded when we arrived, no furniture. We loaded all 10 pieces or so of furniture customer intended. Again, we are truly sorry for our rare tardiness.
