They were on time (actually called to see if they could come early, due to weather starting to change). Cleaned up all the cardboard, after carrying items up (one by elevator, and one by stairs) and helped move the large nailed wooden crate to a different location, for me to more easily have someone with the right tools (and work gloves) break it down to put in condo trash room.

The two gentlemen who helped us (I'm so sorry I forgot your names) move from the old apt 2nd floor apt to the new 3rd floor apt were amazing! They communicated with each other and kept us updated with how they thought they were doing on time. We ended up going over an extra 2 hours, which they told us about an hour and a half before our end time so we understood there would be an extra cost and agreed to it. There must have been a miscommunication when we set up the move since it was supposed to be a 3 person team due to the 3rd floor apt.
Anyways, besides the communication, they packed the moving truck like champions. It looked like a real life level of Tetris the way they were able to put the whole apartment in the truck. They were careful with our fragile items and handled everything with care. We have nothing but praise for the. We wished we could have given them more than the few bucks in cash that we had on hand, a monster energy drink each and their own large Jimmy John's sandwiches and fountain drinks.
The 2 were awesome and I hope they did not have to do another move after ours.

Their service was just ok. They definitely get the work done but could be more kind. We booked 2 helpers for 3 hours. Arrival time was between 1-2pm, they arrived at 1:45PM. My brother was helping me with the move and at one time he was just overseeing how the movers loaded the furniture and boxes and they were rude to him: they said “what are you looking at? and then asked my brother to do the job instead”. We consider this was rude and not good customer service, as someone that is moving we just want to make sure our stuff is properly taken care. That being said we did 2 trips for our move because not everything fit in the van we rented, movers were ok to travel 2 times.
