This company was great. I even had to change the time to later in the day within two days, and they were friendly and accommodating. On the actual moving day, Steve stayed in touch and communicated clearly, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on their proximity and progress. Both movers were great. They were on time, prepared, and very careful with my items. I'd hire them again.

Great crew. Arrived on time. They worked very hard, they were courteous and motivated. They disassembled multiple pieces of furniture and carried some heavy items 3 stories down.

The team was almost 3 hours late. The team was unprepared for the job as it seemed they did not care for the amount of effort and time it would take.They worked inefficiently and not all of the crew was working hard. The crew charged an additional hour due to not being able to complete the job in the time allowed. They did not treat the property well we watched as the dropped a few things and just kept moving and did not check of broken.
I would not hire this crew again. I will be filing a claim regarding broken/damaged items with Hire and Helper and UPack.
