They were on time, even would have come earlier if we had been available. They worked REALLY HARD doing hot, dirty work. They handled everything appropriately, and didn't complain when furniture had to be moved more than expected. They even finished in less time than anticipated because they worked so hard. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I bought 48 moving blankets to wrap our furniture in and when we got to our location and unloaded 3 blankets were used. We now have trash for furniture, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN LOADING THE TRUCK I THOUGHT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING I DIDN'T REALALIZE I WOULD HAVE TO BABY SIT.

I requested two guys for two hours to unload two small UPack containers to a truck and then load the stuff to a garage in another location. The workers did NOT show up during the agreed time. We called hirehelper numerous times (and we’re on hold for long periods of time), and got no help from them except an offer to cax our order. We ended up doing the work ourselves with help of two kind guys at the first site. The workers did show up at the loading destination and did the work in 30 mins. I’m giving two stars because the workers were nice and efficient. I had to fight with Hh to get a minimal reimbursement. The job that should have taken two hours took us five hours due to delays on Hh part. Not to mention the frustration. Will not use Hh again!

One word: Unprofessional.
We all know moving is hard.. and when your movers don't answer any phone calls/texts and don't show up, it makes for a terrible move.
I assumed everything would be fine since they called and confirmed a few days before the move, however that was not the case. They refused to answer any of my calls the morning of the move. Finally I got ahold of them (over text because they don't answer calls) once it was past our window in which they were supposed to show up. They would only text me, wouldn't tell me when anyone was coming, and were extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service! I mean it - terrible.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially due to the manner in which they "spoke" to me (didn't even speak to me, just text) as a paying customer.

Team was set to arrive between 8 and 9. Around 9:50, I repeatedly tried to call the number and got voicemail and then sent at text. Ten minutes later I was told they were en route and would call me with an ETA. An HOUR AND A HALF later, I have not received a call or text and have to ask again where they were and when they would be arriving. About 10 minutes later I was called and told they were on their way and their prior job took longer than expected. When I questioned how they could have a prior job given my start time was 8 - 9, they said I needed to be patient with them because they were short staffed. Once they arrived at 12:35 PM, they starting moving items to the PODS. I asked REPEATEDLY if there was concern about everything not fitting in the pods, but was repeatedly told they thought they could make it work. Mid way through packing, they had to stop to unpack after they packed items we told them not to pack. Found out later there were some other items packed that should not have been, but it was too late at that point. In the end, it did not all fit (not directly their fault), we had to then scramble last minute to rent a truck since they arrived so late. I also had to reschedule our cleaning crew who was supposed to come that afternoon but couldn't due to the late arrival, and we were late to another engagement due to the late arrival since we couldn't leave the house before they were complete. They also damaged a stairwell that needed to be repaired quickly and after the fact I found mattress bags that were not used, so they did not wrap a mattress set that is now sitting in storage in a humid climate, so that could be ruined as well. I read one bad review and the rest were good, so I thought the bad one was a fluke, but I can say I would never hire this company again.
