We feel ripped off, we hired 2 movers for a 500 Sq ft apartment and it took 3.5 hours. Movers were slow and not careful with our stuff. Their boss called us after we sent them home and asked for additional pay for the OT, but we told them we were going to just pay through the app. Not sure if it’s just the movers we hired, but didn’t seem the most professional
