ProLoad did a wonderful job! They were extremely professional and hard working. They worked nonstop to empty my 20 foot Uhaul, full load from floor to ceiling with no room to spare, in the 2 hour window. I was impressed with their speed and gentle attention to not bump walls, etc. I highly recommend ProLoad! Thanks guys ??

Issues we had with service.
1. Movers showed up more than 2 hours late and didn't even bother to notify us that they were running late. We thought no one was going to show up on moving day.
2. Movers took masks off for a majority of the move-in the middle of a pandemic and in a state where masks are required! My husband and I were home and helping and both of us had our masks on the entire time. It was disrespectful, and put us at risk that they were not wearing their masks in our home while we were working with them.
3. These were not professional movers. We could have had our friends come over and move faster and pack better. After they left my husband and I had to reorganize a good amount of stuff they put in our POD because it was so poorly packed.
4. They ruined one of our pieces of furniture by stripping the screws.
All in all bad service. I would have rather not had them here at all given the entire experience. I would not ever use this moving service again.
