Preload did an amazing job! They arrived on-time, were extremely professional, worked hard and executed to get my items moved extremely fast. In fact, they moved my items from my storage unit into my pod in 2 hours. I was impressed by how quickly they handled this task. My only complaint is that I was told they could stay up to 4 hours but they were only able to stay 2 hours. I was left to move several items by myself due to this. Lapse in communication perhaps? Nevertheless, I would use them again. Best moving company I’ve used to date and I’ve moved several times and have lived in 5 states.

Our team of 2 gave advance notice and came on time. They came to load a POD container. They were cheerful and capable. careful with furniture, and secured everything inside the POD with the rope we provided. It went very quickly and everything arrived at the destination undamaged. Would use again for sure!

OMG...where do I begin. First of all the crew showed up 1/2 hour late. They were scheduled to start at 9am but didn't show up until 9:30am.
We asked them to load the furniture first because we knew the POD wasn't going to hold all our stuff and it would be easier for us (both retired) to deal with boxes instead of furniture. The crew insisted on loading boxes and totes first and told us there would be plenty of room left for the furniture. Since they're the expects we allowed them to do it their way.
Guess what? All of the furniture would not fit. We were left with 2 TV sets, a room air conditioner, end tables and 8 chairs. We told the crew that the chairs had to go on the POD because I can't fit them in my car to take to storage. They told me I could hire someone to move it to storage for us and that's when we told them we're not happy with that recommendation. They then pulled some of the items off the POD to get 7 of the 8 chairs on. We managed to get the last one on ourselves.
I paid a debris hauler that worked his tail off 8 hours for $200.00. These guys make off with $399.00 for 2 1/2 hours of work.

Noah, Kerry and Reggie were punctual, called to confirm everything the day before, they took the time to ask me about the importance of our stuff sentimental value. They were very respectful and explained why they were loading the POD they were and secured everything. It had been moved more than a 1000 miles and everything was exactly the way it was when it was loaded. I would hire them in a heart beat and recommend them to everyone. Thank you.
