The two guys that showed up Brian and Carlos did an amazing job! They showed up on time and did an amazing job of packing the uhaul efficiently and carefully. I made the mistake of getting too small a uhaul and they were able to make it all fit without cramming. Super grateful for their skills. Highly recommend these nice gentlemen.

Our experience with Proload exceeded our expectations! Noah and his team were amazing! They arrived on time, and were very nice, friendly, and courteous. The team took great pains to make sure our stuff was handled carefully, and double-checked that they were loading the correct items into our Pod (we had them move some of our items into the garage or elsewhere in the house as well). They worked hard, and were very efficient - they finished with time to spare, and managed to load everything very securely into the Pod with room to spare, whereas our contractor even thought we might need another Pod!
We are so glad we chose Proload; we happily give them our highest recommendation, and we would definitely use them again.

Reggie and Joe were amazing. We had several heavy pieces of furniture on the 2nd floor and they moved them with ease. We were worried about all that had to fit in the truck but they made it work and kept things super organized. I would highly recommend them and ProLoad!

They were on time and very pleasant.
Not well prepared. Absolutely no tools and only one furniture dolly. I told Noah Brown that I had a massive entertainment center and a multi-piece office to move. Good thing I had all the tools needed to break them down. First couch out the front door got banged into the finish of my brand new $10,000 door. I was so disappointed and when i expressed my frustration, I was told anyone I hire will make mistakes. This is unacceptable attitude. Only one guy, Carlos (and with more experiance) was really strong enough for what we needed moved. The other to guys not so much. Really shakey and inexperienced. Though they worked hard and I did tip them, I would not recommend this company.
