They were on time and stayed till the job was done. Very happy with everything. Some of the nicest people.

We had to move our entire 1st floor furniture into our garage to repair the floors. All the movers from this company were incredibly polite and helpful and moved everything according to our direction. The problems I had with the company were related to communication. When we were scheduling the move out, the phone message box was full and no one answered the phone. when we were moving back in and they had not arrived, we called and they had been caught in a traffic jam and were going to be an hour late. No one ever called us to tell us; the only reason we found out was because we called. During the move back in, one mover left his jacket and even though we called many times no one ever called back so we could return the jacket. Twice they said they would come by to pick up the jacket and a new reclining chair we no longer wanted, but they never showed up and they never called. So the actual move went fairly well; the communication part was less than satisfactory,

Noah and Kevin are AMAZING. We were convinced when we picked up our truck that there was no way all of our stuff would fit in it -- no way at all. Not only did they fit all of our stuff, they fit the couch we thought we'd have to leave behind and there was still room left over. These guys are MAGICAL and my new heroes. Thank you!!!

The crew that was scheduled couldn't make it and the replacement crew arrived very late. They worked very hard, they were respectful, and they were careful with our things, but they were inexperienced and knew little about packing a pod. Pro load sent a crew that wasn’t well suited for our job, but at least they sent one.

The guys did a phenomenal job. They were timely and went above and beyond to help. The move wasn’t easy given the two flights of stairs and heavy items, so I definitely appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help!
