Noah and his crew worked very hard in high heat to complete my move quickly. Noah looked for ways to make the move as time-efficient as possible. Although they were delayed a bit in arrival by traffic, they kept good communication and faithfully fulfilled the full time allotment paid for. Everything was moved in without damage by the crew. I would recommend ProLoad and would gladly use them again.

They were on time, well prepared, very respectful, and EXTREMELY hard working! They had a better sense of what would fit into our moving truck than we did and worked above and beyond all expectations. They truly were wonderful people who wanted to assist us in whatever way they could in regards to our move. We will definitely want to hire them again!

The best thing in this round of Hireahelper labor is that they avoided the typical arrival stunt (in which one man immediately asks to use the bathroom and then cases the house for valuables. while the 2nd man keeps the homeowner talking outside the house). Instead, this time
one guy immediately asked personal questions (about the property and who was living there. etc.), then spent the next 90 minutes acting annoyed because I refused to play into that game. For ~$260 two guys unloaded ligtweight furniture from a small packing cube: No stairs. If you have the bucks and need the muscle, it may be worthwhile. But maintain situation awareness at all times.
I know how stressful moving is and vulnerability of allowing strangers into your home and around your property. Once this trust is violated, it can feel impossible to get back.

I can only share with you and other clients reading this, our movers face much adversity, and feel the nature of this review is not directed toward our service.
As a client, we hope that reviews are a reflection of our work, not that of prior experiences. This review has some very bold statements about movers being criminal and dishonest, this is not something I tolerate as a owner. We keep background checked movers who have never had a theft report in 4 years of business. Hope your next moving experiences help change these perceptions.

The guys did a good job. Were courteous and hard working. I only had one "pods" type unit to unload and it took them under an hour, even though I had paid for two. Not their fault, just the way things happen. The main guy seemed experienced and organized. His helper seemed to be a guy he picked up along the way, or someone who was newer. He wasn't in "work clothes" like the main guy was and it only concerned me because I wasn't sure how the liability issues work if he wasn't actually employed by the company. I may have just been paranoid, but you never know what can happen if someone gets hurt in your home. That said, I don't know for sure if he was an actual employee or not and I don't have any complaints about the work. Both guys were good. Only a few scratches on the walls from moving my furniture in and that's to be expected for the most part.

Noah Brown and Kevin (don't know his last name) loaded my POD in record time, with amazing knowledge of how to do it in a way that I could have never figured out! I'd highly recommend ProLoad!! They were 100% accommodating in the unloading of my POD. I booked this a day in advance with short notice, so when Noah called to confirm last night, he wasn't sure it would work out given the schedule, but I was flexible on the arrival time, so we set it up. The originally scheduled crew got delayed, but he showed up with his son and another mover to get the job done. I'm more than thankful since I haven't seen my belongings in 6 months and just wanted to get it done. They were on time, prompt, courteous, handled my belongings with care and made sure no walks got dinged. Unfortunately they couldn't put anything together by no fault of their own since my packing mover didn't put any hardware with the items. I'll definitely call them back when I find everything...fingers crossed I find it! Lesson learned, hire a certified POD mover!! A++

This team did a good job and worked hard. They treated my stuff well, showed up on time, and brought a dolly to assist. My one complaint is that the amount of time and number of people for the move was VASTLY underestimated. I'm not sure if this is the fault of ProLoad or HireAHelper, but they recommended 2 people for 2 hours to load a one bedroom. It took them 3.5 hours on each end of the move. I would have been willing to hire more people to shorten the time. As it was, I had to do a lot of trips myself and the move still took 8 hours. This put me in an extreme time crunch. Next time I would hire at least 4 people for any apartment with stairs etc.
