The only thing that I did not like is what they told us, is that I could just pack anything into the container, and we would be ok that was not true, we had to unload half the trailer because we were over loaded, they should have known how much could have gone into a trailer, but they didn't, but otherwise they were good. They got the stuff down within the time and had time to spare, but we had to unload half of that trailer. So we were only able to load each trailer half way. It did give me stress when I had to call to reschedule and was worried whether or not I was gonna be there when they come to pick him up that stressed me out big time because we were leaving the next day. Rat Pack came through, they came the very next day to pick up the containers and they were within limit, but as far as the payment, it seems to be over a couple 100 dollars of what we agreed upon..

Both men very professional. They were on time and worked their butts off. I had three piles of stuff. The first was stuff that needed to go on. The second was stuff that it would be nice if it went on. The third was stuff that I knew would not make it on because I was too cheap to get a bigger pod. All three loads made it on with room to spare. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to family and friends who were going to move.
