The helpers were here for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and they told me it was 2-hour minimum of charge. They are respectful and careful. We would hope it could be adjust the service fee to an hourly rate or prorate the time spent. Thank you.

David and Jason did a fantastic job on moving our furniture and other belongings to a POD this morning. The job involved taking apart two queen beds and a dining room table as well as some packing for kitchen items. Everything went very smoothly and within the planned timeframe.
