Today I just moved into my first apartment and really needed help moving a lot of heavy stuff to the 3rd floor. Jordan and Mike put in the elbow grease and moved hundreds of pounds of furniture over and over and finished within a short amount of time. While they were 20mins late they were very courteous and made up for it. Would use them again.

I asked them to put it all in the garage. However, I did not expect chaos. Everything was thrown together in the garage with fragile items laying on it’s side with other heavy boxes stacked on top of fragile items. Heavy Thomasville wardrobe pieces were thrown randomly in the garage, sitting on the concrete floor, which I did not want. I specifically asked them to set those three heavy pieces onto wooden studs. I have laid out on the floor so that they would not be in contact with the concrete. The hoses to my washer was crushed because the end pieces were tucked inside with the lid on top, and they stacked items on top of the washer, thereby crushing the hoses and the electric cord. Things were just thrown and stacked on top of each other in a corner, regardless of weight or fertility . I would never use this company again because it just look like a bunch of middle school kids came in and just threw everything in there without regard for how things should be placed. There was no thought process involved in the unloading of the container.
