Two of the work crew arrived on time. The other two were about 10 to 15 min late. They did a tour and remembered where the rooms were located. I had to give very little direction. Some boxes got into the wrong rooms. They were able to get several large pieces of furniture into rooms that was a very difficult with having to try several attempts but got it figured out. Overall satisfied with the service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Very unprofessional they showed up unprepared and rang the doorbell. No introduction just stated “do you need help moving?” as if they were just driving by and saw the pod outside. I had no clue who they were but because it was close to the scheduled time I’m like “ok, are you from hide a helper?” And when they said yeah I wanted to cancel right then and there because they looked like people pulled straight out of a homeless encampment. They started moving boxes and stacking heavy boxes on top of fragile as if they could see the red and white labels going all around the boxes. They ran into door jams with the dolly because they stacked multiple boxes up and the said “what the?” As if the doorway magically moved instead of it being THEIR fault. I eventually said just stack everything in the living room and I would move the boxes to the appropriate rooms later… ugh!!! I clearly paid for furniture assembly states it on my receipt specifically for bedroom furniture which was heavy solid wood California king and was told by them “if we didn’t take it apart we can’t put it back together” I said I paid for that service. At that point I was extremely annoyed and wanted them to just leave so I paid for 9am to 11am $370. They were done at 10:20am no invoice instead one guy went out to the truck and brought back a folded piece of paper like it came from the floor or something and said write the date, 9-11am, and sign it. I’ve never had a company so unprofessional. It looked like they were getting signed off for doing community service or something. Whatever company you go with I’m warning you now …. DO NOT USE HIRE A HELPER OR THE MOVING FORWARD LLC . I called to try to find out why I didn’t get the service I paid for and was told I should have and they would send the same two people out. I was like you don’t have any other guys these guys acted like it was not included and they really didn’t want to take the time to do it. They even said if it’s not put together correctly it’s not their fault. The company NEVER sent anyone out to put the furniture together. I tried to dispute with credit card company but these companies LIED and said I received the service. I would rather keep the pod multiple days and slowing unload it than use HIRE A HELPER OR MOVING FORWARD LLC.

Jordan and Tony arrived early. Worked very hard. Took delicate care of each item in our house. They paid very close attention to walls and corners when maneuvering through the house. They were respectful and very knowledgeable about what needed to go in first and how to pack the truck while considering how things inside the truck may shift during the move. We moved often due to military, but this is by far the best moving crew we have every worked with. I highly recommend this crew.
