While they sent a text they would be delayed, I was okay with that. But when they showed up…..I was disappointed. Why would you show up in flip flops to move heavy furniture? Then instead of bringing their own drinks. They asked me for some. It’s not that I minded, but they should have come prepared. I don’t even want to know what my couches look like in the container or side chairs! I walked out to look upon their request and they had put the dining room chairs on the back of my chairs! Trying to assure me they were fine. I said absolutely not!! It was pulling the fabric tight! WTH. I said. No no no!
Take them down and put them upside down with the fabric on the deck and let the backs hand down the back!
That was $$$ not spent well.
I won’t be calling them to unload. We will find ppl to help us!

Great job. Loved the guys. One issue is coordinating with the moving company to make sure they don’t make the storage units too heavy. They couldn’t pick up our units and we had to unpack one of them and reload it in a an extra truck. That seems like something the movers and company should coordinate. The average client isn’t going to know whether it’s too heavy or not. More guidance on this would be helpful. We loved our guys though. They worked long and hard and were very helpful.
