They were on time and ready to go. They where prepared to move any thing . They had dollies and carts and blankets . Wish I would have known this As I had already purchased all of that. Very courteous and hard working . Evan hooked up my washer and dryer.

Jordan and the other person that helped him worked very hard on a 90 degree day. They moved items off of a moving truck into two storage units. We only wish that HIre-a-Helper would train the guys how to pack furniture. We would have liked it packed tighter and higher. Had to give them a lot of suggestions and I'm not good at it figuring it out. This was a problem we had in Seattle, WA with another HaHelper company that loaded a POD for us. I'm not sure Smooth Moves should be any more Elite than others in the Omaha area

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
