1-Movers were two hrs late.
2-Movers had no experience on loading a lg tool box
3-Movers had no experience with loading a motorcycle lift and motorcycle
4-movers dropped my dresser mirror it is not broken but is in three pieces
5-Movers did not get along so there was wasted time in loading my items adding more time to my bill
6-After the trailer was loaded I walked around to check the rooms and I saw my futon frame sitting in the sidewalk. We called the guys back but I was too stressed out to know how to resolve the problem and they did not have a solution either. So my futon frame is staying in Carter Lake.
7-So I've got some dissassembled furniture that should not be in three pcs, I may have the motorcycle covered with boxes in Las Vegas, the boxes on top of the lift may or may not still be intact, and I'm minus a futon. So how should I feel?
8- I will have to find a forklift to unload the tool box because that is what I did to get it loaded.
9-This has been the worst move of my life.

Absolutely wonderful and very professional and went above and beyond. Tad and Nate were awesome helped to make the move less stressful and felt very comfortable and they were trustworthy. Please give them a great big thanks and let them know we dearly appreciate them and if they ever need a reference we would recommend them and your service. They were prompt and kept moving and used the time very wisely and with a smile

The workers that showed up for our move to load and unload were fantastic! They worked hard and quickly even though it was extremely hot. Unfortunately, the person who schedules appointments was not the best. I reserved the movers for 11:00am. After several changes to the time, they finally showed up at 3:30pm. They did call me to keep me updated on what time they would arrive but it really caused conflicts in our moving day. I scheduled them at the time I did for a reason. Even though the scheduling was bad, I would probably still hire Smooth Movers because of the guys that worked there. They made a difference!
