*Updating as they contacted me to clarify they had a policy change between when I booked on unused hours, and honored the original booking terms which refunded unused hours. Thanks for understanding and addressing the issue.

They did a good job but I didn't like how their online profile says they offer refunds of unused time. We booked 3 hours and they finished everything in just over an hour. We acknowledge that the 2 hour is minimum, so we expected to pay that amount instead of 3. But then after that they said they don't do that and the policy on the website is just...not right???

Got a phone telling us they would be there at such and such a time. They were there on time. Took over the project. Stand back and relax we got this either Samuel or Victor said. Took them about and hour to empty our storage unit and got everything packed into the moving truck. They were very professional. Would highly recommend them for your next moving project.
