We had two helpers. Arrived fashionably late, but not egregiously late. However, they started working immediately! One helper was very skilled and had great work ethic, the other was quite reserved and not as cautious. The reserved helper damaged a dresser (minor cosmetic, but noticeable) by not properly protecting the dolly before placing the dresser on there. Also, the same helper damaged the door frame to the main bedroom not looking at what he was bringing through the doorway.
All in all, credit is due for the speed in which the truck was emptied. The one helper, really was polite, hard working, and efficient. The other must have been very new. Wasn’t very talkative and almost seemed annoyed when we would thank him or address him (the smaller of the two).
Would I use the service/company again… yes. Was a lot of bang for the buck. Am I 5-star satisfied… with the company and the hard working mover, yes.

Excellent helper unloading boxes. They unloaded within 30 minutes. Should have taken at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. Very friendly and respectful. Thank you guys.

This was mot a simle unload job they did because PODS refused to place my container on the street in front of my mobile home it was actually placed 4 doors away on the other side of the street from my home. These guys then brought all my stuff from that PODdown the street on hand truck and dollys. It was the largest POD u can rent and full 2 hours later it was empty. Let me tell you after being called à 6:30 AM and being told it is not légal to have a POD in the street in FL. And having to figure out an alternative cancel one set of people to unload because I wasn't paying them over 200.00 an hour to twiddle their thumbs while I figured it these guys were sent from heaven
