I originally booked AB Moving & Labor to unload my freight trailer on August 27, 2023 (trailer was booked through a separate company). I had an issue with the trailer not being able to be parked in my driveway due to a low-hanging branch that could potentially cause damage. The trailer had to be parked in the street for a couple days, which went against my HOA guidelines. I called AB Moving & Labor in the morning on August 26 and asked if they could come a day early so I could have the trailer unloaded and picked up as soon as possible. They were very accommodating. 4 workers showed up 6 hours after I called and unloaded my trailer! DJ and his team did an outstanding job. They were very professional, respectful, attentive, and efficient. They got the job done in a couple hours. I’m very happy with the service they provided and plan on hiring them for my next move.

I appreciate the efficient move. However, when I texted and emailed about two of my items being lost, they were unable to resolve my issue. I would have loved to book again for business, but that experience left a bad impression for the overall experience.
