They were on time, very professional and came to work. They even brought their own handtrucks, dolly, and power tools (which came in handy when my closet shelving collapsed and they were able to fix it for me). They quickly unloaded our 26' truck and even had enough time to build our furniture. The next time I move I will definitely be calling them.

Florida's Reliable Moving Services provided amazing service for myself and my wife. We were in an immediate deadline to have our home furnishings and goods moved out of the house we had just sold. I had spoken with Maurice twice, before hiring his co. Maurice was not only cordial and patient, but helped calm me down as my deadline approached. When Maurice and his team of workers showed up, I figured they would be somewhat apprehensive, as they saw the complete mess we had. Half of our things were not even ready or packed to be moved. Maurice and his team politely took an assessment of the situation, divised a plan and in a matter of minutes things were being packed, moved and put on the truck before I knew it! Not only did everything get loaded and then unloaded, but FRMS went way above and beyond to help our packing, loading, and then unloading a successful and smooth gig. Wonderful, professional job by these guys. They saved us last minute from another company no show. Even at last minute notice and knocked a 26foot truck 3/4 full out in 2hours. Never left a mark on any wall either. Stairs as well.....................Thanks guys

We were running late with our one way move, as they werre still installing the flooring at the house. We called and they arrived when we asked. They were very helppful moving things our of the way before unpacking the truck. They were very careful,polite and efficient. I would recommend them for sure.

Hired Reliable Moving Services to help me with a move within the same townhouse complex. Was very satisfied with their services. The two movers that showed up at my job were professional, very careful, and got right to work, not stopping until the job was done to my satisfaction. Got the job done in the time I had hired them for, which even included moving a washer and dryer to the new unit. About the only remotely negative thing I can say is that they were an hour late, but I got a call from Maurice before the appointed arrival time to let me know they were running behind, so all in all not a big problem.
I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again myself. Thanks Maurice, great job!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
