They managed to get all of my items into one POD in the time allotted. They were very pleasant and cared about my furnishings.

I requested 4 workers for 2 hours. Received a call 30 min before they were to arrive saying they were sending 3. They did reduce the rate accordingly, but I had hired 4 so that our truck could get unloaded and we would have enough time/labor to get things properly positioned and assembled. The three guys were on time, but within 15 min one guy was sitting down because he was obviously not well. The one in charge pulled me aside after the third guy had sat in their truck for 30 min to tell me they would only be billing me for 2 people instead of 3. This meant that we would not get everything unloaded and nicely put away within our 2 hours. The truck did get unloaded in time with my husband and myself also helping to unload, but we didn’t get everything placed and assembled as I had planned. The two guys that did the unloading were hard workers and they were extremely careful with our furniture and caused no damage to anything so for that, they get 4 stars, but the frustration of asking for 4 guys and only getting 2 in the end kept me from giving them 5.

Huffy's was excellent and we were well pleased with the crews that came out to help pack. They were expecting that most of the items to be moved would be ready to pack, not so and they helped getting moving blankets on many of the items.
I had them for two days and both creqws were hard working and I have already recommended Huffy to a couple that will be moving this year.

They were punctual, friendly, helpful, and fast. They packed way more stuff in the POD than I thought was possible, and did it in half the time I had allotted for. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need loading services.

I wish I could say I had a great experience
