Hard working guys but, maybe less experienced. They worked hard throughout and had to extend by 3 hours. Maybe some more experience with faster dismantling, organized movement and quicker assembly would make them 5 star service. No complaints with the guys.

Left too much empty space in the pod, did not move any large items from my finished basement, preferred to pack boxes that were on the first floor,( lazy), Did not communicate with me at all. Payed fo 3 hrs but they finished in 2 hr 15 min (in a hurry to leave) could have packed more because I did after they left. Left behind mirror to my bedroom set..
Also Pack & Load services charged me $99 cancel fee, I may have checked their website but never confirmed anything, never received confirm notice or any communication from them until Jul 8, a phone call confirming and I said yes then realized it was the wrong helper, I called back immediately and cancelled and was never informed of a cancel fee.
Not pleased at all with Hire A Helper, All Star Movers or Pack & Load.

Crew arrived on time, they where very helpful, went the extra mile advising that I needed some rachet ties to secure my things because I had rented a truck that turned out to be bigger than we needed. They where both polite and took care with our things. Only downside was that it took then four hours to load out two bedroom, but I think that was mostly due to taking extra time to pace the truck in the best way etc. I would recommend them for sure.

I was desperate for last minute assistance. Two other providers had said they would come, then backed out. These gentleman responded promptly online and by phone. They made it earlier than scheduled, and called ahead to notify me. When they arrived, they were polite, skilled, careful and efficient. They did even more than I had requested. I was absolutely thrilled and hope to use them again when other unusual circumstances arise. The All Stars are absolute ROCK STARS IN MY BOOK! I feel blessed to have found them!
