For future reference, we DO charge for stairs, we DO charge for overweight items, especially when those overweight items need to go upstairs. Hand tools for assembly:

Basic hand tools(screwdriver, hammer). Special/power/add'l equipment available for additional fee/service, ($10.00/ea.)

Hand truck:

We will always come w/ a basic dolly, ($10.00/ea.)

Plastic wrap:

Shrinkwrap is available at $35/roll for commercial quality, in sizes much larger and thicker than available at the store., ($50.00/ea.)

Rope:

Available in packs of 50' length basic tie down rope, clothesline style and quality., ($10.00/ea.)
