Big Boy Gentle showed up at a perfect time- 15 minutes early. They came prepared and ready to work. Both men were very polite and professional. They worked hard and got the entire truck (26’ Penske truck) unloaded in about 2 hours (with my husbands help as well). I had paid for 3 hours and they asked if their was anything else they could do after the truck was unloaded— they helped us get our couch connected and in to place, as well as helping get the king size mattress on my bed. They were great! I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Very courteous, polite men. Arrived on time and called earlier to confirm. 15 foot U-Haul was empty in about an hour. They unloaded quickly but seemed very much in a hurry to leave considering I paid for 2 hours of their time. They seemed very hesitant when I asked them to put my very heavy bed frame together and put the mattress on it instead of leaving it standing upright in the room. I had been under the impression they would help move furniture in place not just unload. Maybe I was incorrect?
