Mr. Kenny did a great job communicating both before arrival and during the move. They arrived close to the expected time and went right to work. This was a tough job and they were one person short. Mr. Kenny did well with directing his guys, as they were not as experienced as he and one individual was on the phone way too much. These guys were respectful young men. Yes we would us them again.

My move was from out of town so I was challenged in finding the storage facility and arrived late. The facility was booked for me by a friend therefore I didn't have immediate access. Big Boy Gentle Moving was understanding to the situation. They waited patiently till we were able to gain access. The movers were professional the whole time! Will definitely use again!

Could not have asked for anybody better than Kinny and John. They arrived the early part of their arrival time and immediately went to work unloading. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. There were careful with the boxes marked fragile and getting items into the house. If we ever have have a need for anything to be moved will be asking for them. Thank you Hire A Helper for hiring such professional individuals.

The movers were extremely professional, friendly, very respectful and considerate of me, my mother, and my aunt. They handled my furniture with care. They did exactly what I requested (i.e., pack the furniture as tightly as possible inside the POD container). I have used Hire a Helper services in Maryland several times as we extremely satisfied. Started out good. Showed up on time, got right to work moving things around. Then the phone calls started coming in. I found one helper standing around on the phone several times. They weren’t loading the truck effectively or with any care for my stuff. We ended up having to select stuff to leave behind in the end because somehow my 3 bedroom apartment didn’t fit on a 26’ Budget truck. When we arrived at our location so many of our items were broken or scratched up. I would think at the rate they charge that they would’ve done a much better job caring for my stuff.
