This is our 4th move using Big Boy Gentle Moving. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!
Our 1st move from from apt to house, 6/2018.
We hire them to organize (empty) our garage the 2nd time.
The 3rd time was to move our new safe.
This last time was to move my daughter from her apt to her new house, 12/2021.
We love them!!! You won't find better than Kenny.

They were on time and worked quickly. They broke an item belonging to my daughter as well as my artificial palm plant that I loved. And...they forgot to bring a tall storage cabinet into the premises...they left it outside my door. I would not use their services again.

The movers were to arrive at 11. They arrived 10:30 which was good. I asked one gentleman about after a few minutes about wearing a mask inside the home because I’ve had 3deaths related to Covid. The other gentleman said he didn’t mind while the other said it’s on the website they they will not wear masks and he wasn’t going to wear one. Ok fine, we kept ours on. Then he took my comforter and laid it on the floor stepping on it as I had the UHAUL covers kit. When I told him he could use those provided he said he didn’t know. Then he asked what is the king size mattress leaning on my kitchen wall was going, I said yes. Then came to the conclusion before loading that all of it wouldn’t fit and they don’t make 2nd trip.
I said well we have you for 3hours which he argued we had them for 2hours. I said so you are telling me you can only move half my stuff for almost $500. (The $39.95 uhaul wasn’t available so had to get $29.95. Which will fit all big stuff just not boxes. 2bdrms not fully furnished, a sectional and washer and dryer are the biggest items. The rest small, medium boxes.) I asked him to try at least, or could he do heavy stuff first maybe. He was stuck on not finishing yet really didn’t start. After going back and forth he said he wasn’t doing the two trips 5 minutes to storage mind you.
Needless to say he left without even trying to move anything else. The other guy loaded a few small appliance, they moved the kids dresser. (I have pictures)That’s it. So surprised due to their reviews.
Now, I have to try to find help moving same day.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
The guy he was training was respectful and understood our concerns and apologized.
