The guys did an excellent job and I think they must be master Tetris players by the way they backed the Uhaul. Courteous and thorough, they loaded and unloaded all of our items from our house and into a storage space without incident. I hope I get the same team again for our apartment move!

They came on time. I was a bit surprised because I was expecting to see Charles Noble and Jeffrey. I'm a repeat customer with Charles doing the unloading of my leftover stuff from the enclosed U-Haul trailer. The main stuff was in the Pack Rat container. Anyway, Shiela and Don did a great job unloading my main stuff. Of course, I'll recommend them to those who needs loading and unloading chores.

Although the workers showed up over an hour late, they were apologetic and offered to provide the services they were hired for at no cost to me. While I declined this offer, I was grateful for their willingness to work and they did an outstanding job performing their services at Herculean speeds. Due to their work ethic, I decided to provide full payment for their services. They also informed me that their lateness was due to a clerical error and were extremely kind and respectful throughout the entire moving process. Jeffery, Matt, and Muhammad were fantastic and I would highly recommend their services.

Genius Moving Company was very accommodating to our needs. Unfortunately, we had to change unloading times several times as our furniture did not arrive at the schedule time due to the transporter company trucks breaking down, they went above and beyond to reschedule us not once but three times..I am finally going to be sleeping in my bed and so thankful for the professionalism of Genius Moving Co. Love that they cleaned up after themselves too...
