They did a great job. Even though it was pouring rain on them for a while, they never stopped and had a cheery disposition about the whole thing. I would absolutely use them again to unpack and carry stuff up a flight of stairs for me.

Promptness.We will execute the moving day plan that we have already discussed.Are job is never finished until the customer is happy and fully satisfied.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I always explain to the customer.You prepare the best you can by boxing, packing, having tables,shelves,cleared,beds broke down,table legs removed.But if the customer can't do those things be it time or physically unable.We will do anything the customer needs or wants us to do.I explain we are paid by the hour.Whatever you can do yourself helps keep costs down.
What types of moves have you handled?
In the eleven years we been in business.We have done it all local,cross country,law, doctor,dentist,real estate offices.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite thing about being a mover is taking the stress away from the customer.I know moving day is not only physically draining but mentally also.When we arrive.I try to tell the customer to relax we will handle it from here.At the completion of the job the reward is hearing."You guys are amazing"Thank you so much.Dont get much better than that.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of the crew has come along the same way.Watch the veterans the first couple days.How to do everything.Priorty one is be careful with everything you touch.Nothing ruins a movers reputation faster than damaged goods or households.Dont be a hero if you can't carry something safely wait for help.Second you don't need to run but move quickly with a purpose.Third.Our customer is why we are here treat with respect.I have never had one complaint about a crew member being disrespectful.
