Were they on time?
- Scheduled for 10 AM. Showed up around 10:40 - was pleased to see they brought four guys instead of the scheduled two. They were able to complete the job very quickly and on time with the extra hands.
Were they prepared for the job?
- The crew had mattress pads and a dolly.
Did they work hard?
- Crew worked very very hard. I lived on the third floor. Four guys worked nonstop getting all the items down three flights of stairs. Literally took boxes out of my hands. Worked tirelessly until the entire job was complete.
Were they respectful of your property and goods?
- They were very respectful of the property.

Chaz and Crew did a very good job of loading our storage unit to get us ready for our move. They were on time and got straight to work. I would definitely use them again if we weren't moving from the area

We used the company when we moved into town from MA a year ago. Previously they were on time and well prepared to unload. This year, we moved into a new house in the same town. They were on time and made short work of packing the moving van and then unpacking the moving van at the new location. I budgeted them for 5 hours and they were done in 2 & a half. They were careful and thorough. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I was expecting the team for an afternoon job. They showed up early and eager to get started. Throughout the move they were respectful of my objects and time. While I may change how I ship/pack things in the future, if my move allows me to choose Chaz & Crew, I'm using Chaz & Crew. And so should you!

Chaz and Crew was outstanding. They were real moving professionals who knew what they were doing. They brought 4 people who unloaded my pod very quickly and extremely carefully. I had a few pieces that wouldn't make it up the stairs. They worked with me on different options and did everything the could to get most of them up. They were always courteous and very careful with our things and our house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
