They were incredibly fast, professional, and careful. They were on time and in contact with us before they arrived to make sure their arrival time was suitable to is. They were very kind and polite and moved our entire apartment out and into our new one in under three hours. It was a pleasure having them assist us with our move, not to mention incredibly easy. I'm absolutely going to use this same crew if I have to move again- I couldn't have had a more pleasant moving experience!

into a trailer which would be picked up
to transport my items to Ballwin, MO. The men knew exactly how to carefully
move and secure my items into the trailer. They went the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience with trying to save us expense by packing

Chaz, James and Cory were respectful and diligent. They were scheduled to come between 8 & 9am. They came promptly at 9. They even brought their own tools like a drill! They were careful with each piece of furniture and arranged it thoughtfully within the limitations of the truck (size, etc.). It was a hard-days work of loading & unloading. We appreciated their willingness in every detail including re-lifting furniture after the cable guy came at the same and we accidentally got a cord under a heavy piece. We had had our house painted before they came and not one wall had a mark or gouge in it. There was no cussing, no mess, no smoking on our premises. They deserve high praise. Thanks, guys.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
