My moving crew did a great job. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names but they worked hard to load and unload within the time allowed and as a matter of fact the job was done a few minutes early. It was a warm humid day but that did not deter them from doing an efficient job. I would use them again.

Chaz & Crew moved everything from a townhouse model home into an adjacent townhouse for us. All 4 members of this team were outstanding! They were timely, polite, and took excellent care of each and every piece moved into the home. They worked well as a team and finished the job an hour early. They were extremely hard workers and were quick to ask if we needed help with anything else, jump in when I was carrying something myself, and lend a hand when my husband needed additional help unloading some items from a truck. They had everything they needed to disassemble and reassemble larger furniture items as well as blankets to protect corners of the wood steps. Will definitely use this team again!

Chaz and Crew really came through for me during my latest move. An earlier reviewer claimed that their crew "[moved] like lightning," and my experience was no different. In spite of the fact that my four-person crew was one man short (someone called in sick), they loaded up my entire apartment in under an hour, and did a similarly awesome job with unloading. I would recommend their services without any reservations!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
