I should have written this a long time ago, but completely forgot after our long weekend and drive back up to Canada. Don't know if the guys who helped us (3-man crew) will read this, but they were amazing. I told them many times in person, at least! I can't remember all three names, unfortunately, but I do believe Hank was our truck loader/packer. A marines or navy vet. Awesome guy. They all were. Super friendly, super courteous, on time, extremely careful and accommodating with my mother's slightly bizarre requests. They didn't stop once, and they managed to load SO MUCH into a truck I was sure would be too small when we realized just how much stuff my mom actually had in that small apartment of hers. I really can't say enough good about this crew. The reviews don't lie. Do not hesitate to book them. If I could have paid them to follow us up to Canada and unload I would have! To fit all that in the truck we had, with a lot of fragile items and not a single thing even remotely affected... just amazing. My 55 year old father-in-law was on site to help with loading due to 30 years experience as a truck (semis) driver and loader, and he opted to stay out and praise them when he realized how good they were. This man is not easily impressed. That says a lot. Book them! Thanks Chaz, thanks guys! - Greg

When they packed my things up they were amazing. When they moved me in five different guys showed up. I couldnt keep up with that many nor prpoerly direct them. They did the iob quickly but scratched my hardwood floor and didnt put my daughters bed together properly. We had to do it all over. I wasnt completely disappointed but considering my first experience was so good, the second was not so good.

These guys are awesome! They arrived within the designated time frame and gave us a half hour heads up. They came completely prepared, and unloaded our home in half the time that was expected. Professional and hard working gentlemen, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed and would 100% recommend Chaz & Crew!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
