This crew worked fine but the first crew broke the wheels on my bed. Boxes were placed upside down or sideways -- my guess is because that's the way it was placed in the trailer. This is the second time my new bedroom set was damaged by your helpers. Thank God it wasn't scratched up again like the first ones did (Jeff). They arrived on time and worked hard until everything was done. Like I mentioned above, they weren't the ones that broke off the wheels to the bed which I didn't see until the trailer was unpacked. I might used them again. Other than that they did a good job.

They were an hour late showing up the day before to load the truck so I wasn't surprised that they were an hour late to unload the next day. I guess that is just how their company works. Again, they were very nice and respectful. They worked quickly. My issue is that they had taken my treadmill apart the night before to move it and had to put it back together in my new home. I was told that it was put back together and they showed me that it turned on. After they left, I noticed that it wasn't put back together at all! It's not safe to use and is missing at least 6 screws that hold it all together. I am disappointed because I use the treadmill multiple times a week and can't use it right now. I'm not really sure what I can do at this point. I am assuming that they lost the screws or threw them out.

I had originally scheduled Chaz & Crew to show up at 4pm on 6/8. I got a call a few days before and they asked me if they could come later. I told them 6pm at the latest. Well, they showed up at 7pm. They could tell I was upset (we needed to be 100% moved out by 8am the next morning) so they had about 5-7 more men show up to help the job. They were very respectful and nice. And finished up at around 10pm. They were packing the truck in the dark. It wasn't ideal because then I had to stay up until 1am cleaning my house to get it ready for the new owners. I was hoping that the lateness was a fluke so I wasn't worried about the following day when they were scheduled to unload.

Blazing fast. Make sure you have all your boxes ready go go because they move like lightning! Arrived on time, got right down to working. Everything was packed into the truck well and they were extremely polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

CHAZ & CREW are very professional and on time. I requested 3 helpers to do live unload from a moving truck that had to leave in an hour. They sent 5 helpers to get the job done on time, and didn't charge me more. I strongly recommend them for your next move, as they are timely, flexible and handle your stuff with care.

I had a moving day from Heck (don't know who will read this) Started by admitting husband to hospital via the ER the night before the big POD load. I started moving day with a meer 4 hrs sleep Chaz & crew showed up on time, He brought polite, clean, efficient and oh so organized helpers. Their system is Chaz stands in the POD while the three other helpers bring him furniture & boxes of all shapes and sizes. Chaz, the tetus master, then loads the POD using every square inch. When it turned out that my POD was too small he offered to wait while I found a truck which they would load and unload or come back the next day and load another POD recommending the appropriate size we would need. We absolutely will be using them again when our new home is ready and the POD needs unloading.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly.
