Pluto Movers LLC is THE ONE AND ONLY crew you need if they service your area. There are not words to say how fantastic these guys were in helping us with our move from start to finish. They were on time, prepared, HARD working, careful with large and fragile objects and I would absolutely use them again.

We had two different crews cancel on us last minute. The reps at HireAHelper went above and beyond to find us somebody who could still help us within the time frame we needed. Pluto Movers agreed to go out of their usual service area to help us given our situation. We had two 16 ft moving PODS completely filled that needed to be unpacked out of the PODS, into a U-Haul, unpacked at our residence and many heavy items and boxes taken up 3 floors and also down to our basement. They told us they would stay until our job was complete. They helped us for 8hrs straight with maybe a small break for lunch.

There is not enough to say how amazing these guys were. They were positive, kind, respectful and extremely hard working. My family is so grateful for them and for HireAHelper going out of their way to help us.

An item that I asked them to be careful with was broken before it was even loaded. When I showed it to person in charge, he didn't say anything. Didn't even seem to care. Yet, when I made a suggestion about tying down load at door, he didn't bother to mask his impatience. I would not use them again.

Mover's response:

Thank you for your honest feed back. And we're glad you had a safe move. The item that was damaged, was a pelican that wasn't suffeintly wrapped properly, and placed in a mini green barrel with wheels, by customer. When the accident to the pelican occued, payment was offered for pelican, but there was no response from customer. Client also requested 2helpers and we gave her 3helpers at no extra charge, to help speed up her time. Also insisted that she be the brain to load her container. Ironically, clients order was for us to rearrange her POD so that all items could fit, because client couldn't fit 12'-14' boat inside. Needless to say the job still was completed, and all previous items on the POD made back on safe, including the boat. Client, undermines and tries to do your job for you.

My crew consisted of three men and one woman. I have no issue with having a femaie mover except that she didn't actually move anything. She seemed to follow the guys around and take pictures and videos of what they were doing. I left to pick up more moving blankets and when I got back she was sitting in the car. She stayed there for at least 45 minutes. I really got a three person moving crew so be prepared for that. The guys worked hard but I realized today after unpacking my stuff that much of it wasn't well protected. For example, two sets of bed rails were packed unprotected and stuck between the side of the container and other furniture and ended up with many scratches. Also, the top of a desk with screw connectors sticking out was pushed up against a box spring putting multiple holes in it. Overall, I would find another mover next time.

In regards to the "Female Worker", I am actually the Co-owner of the business and our phone lines were very busy that afternoon, which led me to excuse myself to our vehicle to handle some important business calls. And I, our crew, and staff apologize for that sincerely. As for the unprotected items, being as though your order was for a one way move, we couldn't provide extra blankets (protection) for certain items, since the blankets provided we're very limited! Hope you and your family had a safe move and enjoy your new home

The movers were on time and extremely professional. The completed the job in the expected amount of time. What really impressed me was the amount of time that they spent wrapping all items so carefully and loading the truck within the time frame. They were true gentlemen. I will absolutely use them again!
