There was nothing smooth about this move. Gentlemen arrived two hours late with cigarettes in hand. They dropped my things, resulting in a couple of broken items, complained about how much stuff I had (all boxes btw no real furniture). Called me “cute”, which was just adding insult to injury at that point.

The movers did an overall good job handling our goods and making sure the job was completed. However, I am deducting a star for the movers being 40 minutes late without ever calling to let me know which sucked. Besides that good moving company.

The guys arrived on time but were delayed by a downed telephone pole and the local authorities overkill blocking every road to access the apartment. These guys were professional, energetic, and got the work done quickly up some really narrow stairways. This was money well spent. Thank you Shane, Akeem, and Kyree. Great job Gentlemen

Both gentlemen did a great concerting my wife and I had to move our stuff into our apartment (with a staircase) and a storage facility.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove

We are big on the little things which leads to being able to successfully handle the bigger moves. How to treat ever move as if it was our owe move to a new home or office. Paying attention to the all detials makes for a smooth move
