Movers were on time, but they were not very experienced. They didn’t seem to know how to carefully move the furniture. Often times, instead of lifting up the furniture, they leave the wooden furniture on the floor and just slide it to the other side. Corners of the dinning table were damaged because of that. Also, I pointed out that we have a small elevator to help with the move. There were items that obviously too big to fit into the elevator, and movers still tried to squeeze things in. Movers also didn’t bring any tools to help with assembling furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove
