The two young men were on time, polite, very efficient with moving our furniture, boxes and other belongings into our POD. We realized half way thru them loading we would need to move two more pieces of furniture and they were able to readjust the packing to accommodate all our things we needed to move. We have used hire a helper in the past and will use them again. Highly recommend their services.

I had booked 2 helpers. Only one showed up which is a giant problem as I am a small woman and hired helperS for a reason. And the one who came came late. He was kind and a hard worker but all in all it was a bust. My husband had to end up helping move the heavy furniture with his bad back and it gave him terrible pains for the next couple of days which is what we didnt want to happen and why we paid so much for movers! They contacted me quickly regarding the other who didnt show up and only gave me a 30% refund which I dont understand considering I only got 50% of what I paid for! After this happened, for 2 weeks I kept requesting a receipt so I could see how they decided on the 30% refund and never heard back until they needed something back from me. College movers 1/5. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to the customer to confirm details! Our service is simple. You book with us, we book you in our personal booking system, you get reminders of our move, our movers call you to let you know they are on their way to your location, movers finish, then lastly, we confirm with you that the move is complete.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a call when we are on their way. They will also receive a reminder the hour before by our booking system.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare by padding entryways, all furniture, and whatever else they are concerned may get damaged.

We have handled all types of moves!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love meeting new people. As a college student, the group in which we communicate with is fairly small and simple. It is great to meet the people in the community of the college we attend.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew has a "Lead Mover" which is experienced in all areas of service and especially moving. They lead their crew. All crew members are taught to be confident, listen to each customers needs, and apply their intellect to each job.
