They damaged my couch, I have pictures and so does the guy that was on the phone most of the time hardly did anything made his helper do it, if it wasn't for me and my friend they wouldn't know how to pack a truck. After I told them to take the feet of the couch in the 1st place they spent1/2hr trying to get the feet off while on the stairs. Unacceptable, never again will I use College movers!!

Movers were energetic and worked hard butdidn’t have much training regarding how to pack the van or putting blankets or towels on fragile or easily scratched items. Not really their fault. The service that employs them apparently hast spent any time training. If al you need is hardworking cooperative workers these are your guys. The company charges the same hourly as professionals. Not really a bargain. If you use young strong kids then give them some knowledge as to how to do it right. The final payment had some surprise. A 3% fee for using a credit card and a $39 service fee. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.Professional company I spoke with had no extra service fee. I will not Use or recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to the customer to confirm details! Our service is simple. You book with us, we book you in our personal booking system, you get reminders of our move, our movers call you to let you know they are on their way to your location, movers finish, then lastly, we confirm with you that the move is complete.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a call when we are on their way. They will also receive a reminder the hour before by our booking system.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare by padding entryways, all furniture, and whatever else they are concerned may get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love meeting new people. As a college student, the group in which we communicate with is fairly small and simple. It is great to meet the people in the community of the college we attend.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew has a "Lead Mover" which is experienced in all areas of service and especially moving. They lead their crew. All crew members are taught to be confident, listen to each customers needs, and apply their intellect to each job.
