Prior notification and an e mail from Alex before the move was very encouraging that everything was set up and ready to go. Both Alex and Grant arrived on time and even though we had a full unit of furniture, loose items and boxes I was confident within the first 15 minutes that they would handle everything properly, efficiently and carefully. They additionally hooked up the washer and dryer which helped because it was a tight space, and the move was completed in the allotted time with no issues. These two helpers were great. Professional and personable, adding humor at times to help make something that can be a stressful as a move actually pretty enjoyable. Really appreciate the job that Alex and Grant did. This is the 2nd time we have used Elite Moving Service and both times have been perfect.
