They did such a fantastic job!! Quick and efficient workers! I wouldn't have been able to move without them!

Pros: They showed up. The helped move the items needed.
Cons: I specifically requested 2 strong men. I received 2 not so strong men. They did not know how to move a front load washer and dryer. I had to help as they had a hard time figuring out how to take them down the stairs. $4000 and I didn't want them damaged.
One guy was kind of lazy. Seemed like he did the bare minimum.
I wasn't impressed. If I had more time I would have canceled them and gone with another company.

BEWARE! My husband and I have always used Hire a Helper to find wonderful moving companies over the last few years. Elite Moving Service Co LLC was the WORST experience we have EVER had. To begin with, we originally booked the movers to arrive between 3-4pm as we were driving to Fort Worth from Houston the morning of. The night before, I received an email that said Elite Movers was requesting to change the arrival time to 10-11am or else the job would be canceled. I abided and changed the arrival time and then changed our ENTIRE driving plan with a 20 foot U-haul to accommodate Elite Movers, meaning that I now had to get on the road at 5am, but whatever, we do it. We hit some traffic on the drive up and I give their office a call to let them know we won’t be arriving until a few minutes after 11am. Even though we changed our ENTIRE schedule to accommodate Elite Movers, they were unwilling the allow the clock to begin at 11:30 instead of 11. And the 2 “helpers” they provided: 2 frail 18 year olds with no experience. I had to ask them to get off their phones multiple times as the clock was ticking, they clearly had NO experience and it showed, they DRAGGED my leather couch (leather side down) across my wood floors. They would carry a single picture up the stairs at once (weighing all of 2 pounds). My husband and I worked harder than those 2. We had to give them direction constantly, they had absolutely no initiative. I felt like I was directing around a teenage son doing his chores. And then when I spoke with JOSEPH at Elite Movers home office he had the AUDACITY to argue with me, call me stubborn and hard headed, and lie to me about Hire A Helper and their policies. I had previously spoken to a Hire A Helper associate and they informed me that the info JOSEPH was giving me was false. Save your time, pay the extra couple bucks to have a real moving company help you. Elite Movers is nothing but a bunch of inexperienced teenagers with an attitude problem and their supervisors are useless. It’s the blind leading the blind.

The team lead called to let me know they were going to be delayed. The second team member arrived about 30 minutes later. The lead started working on his own. They were both polite and hard workers. They completed the full unload and set up process in less than two hours. All went well, it was just frustrating to have to wait for the full team to be present.
