The moving company was horrible. The guy Derrick was the only one who was caring and amazing. He helped my moved my stuff in my new place in St. Louis. I communicated I was gonna be a little late and when I got there the movers said they need to go to the bathroom and they went and never came back and blocked all our numbers. I’m on the 2nd floor and they left Derrick with all the work. Derricks boss in Arizona or wherever he is ; was so mean and very rude and very disrespectful. He tried to get over on me for the money. My brother and myself helped the one mover that was left moved all of my furniture. Why will I pay full price and extra money when I did all the moving with the guy Derrick and my brother helped and also the other movers never came back, poor customer service and everything went wrong. The boss never found anyone to help after he promised he could do so. The experience for me was horrible. I will never call hire a helper/elite staffing moving company again. Stay away from them if you can. They are unprofessional and lied so much and was very disrespectful and condescending with his tone towards me. I fully communicated with the boss guy and he promised me that I will Not pay extra money and keep the same rate of the $159 for the entire job to be completed , nothing more because of the numerous inconveniences. Then time for the payment he tells the rep something different. I told the rep why am I paying $200 more when we helped do all the work with the one mover that was there to help and the other two movers never came back. I was suppose to have three movers. And the one guy was nice enough to stay. My brother and I did the bulk of the work to help derrick(the one mover that didn’t dip off and leave) so why are we paying an extra $200 because it took a little longer. That’s not my fault nor my problem. Everything went wrong. I hated everything I went through on this day. Stay clear away from this company, everyone please. They did not offer to a accomodate anything, even after I reported I was very abused by the boss guy and what all that happened to me. I hated this experience. I will report them and hire a helper and Elite staffing to the BBB and every social platform about the horrible service that took place.
