My movers were exactly on schedule, brought their own equipment to move my large items, AND even help me get my bed frame set up for the remainder of the time they had left after getting my moving truck empty fast! One of the best experiences I’ve had with movers, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

They were friendly and showed up on time. We had them move a heavy dresser, which they had a difficult time lifting and carrying, even with straps. They didn't wrap the lower drawers with a blanket as requested, and said it would be fine until they started moving it and the drawers started coming out. They did not take our suggestion to remove the drawers first. Somewhere in the process of moving our master bedroom set, they scratched three of our travertine tiles and Elite is refusing to fix it. They couldn't commit to a position, so they decided to throw out a few different excuses. They said we notified them outside their "window" which we were unaware of. Not only that, they questioned our integrity, saying there was no way to know if their workers caused the damage to the tiles. Well, since the tile was perfect before your guys were here and they were scratched after they left, it's obvious how they got scratched. Outside your "window" or not, you had the opportunity to do the right thing by a customer and you chose not to. It's pretty obvious where the lack of integrity lays.

Both gentlemen were great. They were great at moving both from the house to the truck and then into the condo.
However, the person who took the order put a smaller number of rooms and an inaccurate description of stairs. So it took slightly longer than anticipated.
The price was what I expected.
Again, the guys were great, quick, gentle on the furniture.
