The guys did an excellent job! Arrived on time and worked their butts off loading my mom’s pod. They were extra careful with the glass China cabinet and wrapped all of her furniture with care. I would definitely hire again.

Do not book this company. We used Elite staffing services in Dallas for a very simple storage to storage unit move (we recently relocated from out of state). We had used Hire a Helper for movers on both ends of our move, requesting the same contents to be moved that we had moved out of state with different movers previously. Elite movers took over 2x the amount of time to move the same contents we had moved on the first leg of the trip. They displayed no sense of urgency. They took multiple personal calls. They also stepped away to help STRANGERS move items into storage when they were on the clock with us. We ended up helping them the entire time or it would have taken all day.
The icing on the cake: one of the movers made it a point to show us his gun as soon as he showed up to our moving job. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience all around.

Three helpers came all very nice and polite and did the best they could. Not one spoke english and i do not speak spanish, this was not conveyed to me before hand. They needed to borrow my tools, screw drivers, scissors, they didnt have appropriate dollies. They only half unwrapped furniture, leaving blankets half removed and trapped under legs and under heavy furniture. It was a difficult day not being able to have instructions understood. Mario was very good and strong and alert to my instruction. The others not. One drug my furniture across the floors making things scuffed and dirty, Bumped into doorways with furniture. Just radomly left things in odd places. He was clearly not strong enough or with the stamina for this work.They struggled with the work. I have had to hire additional help to get things moved to the right areas of the house and garage. When i called the company with my concerns early on, i found them unhelpful. I would like to add i have never left a negative review anywhere before.

Two thin guys came in the morning, and I doubted how they would load heavy furniture of 4 bedroom house?! I doubted in vain! Clearly, without interruption, exactly with the time appointed by me( three hours) the work was done with skill and professionally! 16 ft container loaded! I very grateful! Well done! Five stars +. Sorry not to ask their names.
