I wanted to tell you how HUGE of a help Jayson and Ever were in my move.. I didn't think that everything would fit in the trailer, and somehow they were able to get everything in without any problems. They were on time and awesome to work with. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again !

showed up on time - very slow moving. my husband moved and worked harder during the entire process. only brought one dolly and complained about the amount of things to move, thank god our facility had carts to use. Multiple things were dropped due to poor stacking and literally not giving a ****. Scuffed multiple furniture items and I had to specifically ask them to move heavy items off of the couch arms so they wouldn’t be damaged. Only was able to move 1/2 of the load into the truck in two hours and we decided to finish the job ourselves. Tried to leave 15 minutes early and then asked if I tipped and how much I tipped them. All around poor experience ????

We booked movers for 11 am a week prior and on the day of move the company called said they can’t give me any till 2 pm so around 2:30 they showed up a young boy and a girl no moving experience she wasn’t strong enough to carry furniture nor did they have any knowledge about how to load a truck only got half the 2 bedroom 1000 square feet apartment done in 2,5 hours even so we had already packed all up in boxes and only needed to be loaded in the truck oh and my husband was helping the entire time and already had started loading before they even got there!

STAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AS FAR AS YOU CAN.
- HORRIBLE SERVICE, POOR MANNERS, UNTRAINED STAFF
- UNPREPARED FOR WORK, IN MIDDLE OF JOB, HAD TO LEAVE TO PURCHASE TOOLS, IN SPITE OF WORK ORDER, INDICATING TOOLS WERE NECESSARY
-PROFESSIONALISM, VERY POOR
- NOT RESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME OR PACKING OF GOODS. QUITE A FEW BROKEN ITEMS ON THIS EXPERIENCE
- SERVICE PROVIDER DEMANDED PAYMENT FOR EXTRA CHARGES AT THE END, WHEN CLEARLY THIS IS NOT A POLICY OF HIRE-A- HELPER.
TOTALLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!!!

They did not show up. I gave them two hours after their two hour window before I even called them to ask how much longer it will be. I got a run around. Four hours later I talked to someone on the phone and he told me to stop being so pushy by asking what time they were coming. When I pressed for a specific time he told me he was cancelling my job order and not sending anyone at all. Do not waste your time with these people.
