Raymond and Jesus loaded the 8x16 container on 4-22-2021. They did a wonderful job. I did not have some cash on me to tip them but wish to do so now. Let me know how I can do that.
Myron and Ponce unloaded the container and 3/4's of my 16 foot Penske truck on 4-24-21. With my help they did this in 2.5 hours. Should be a world record or something. But they did damage some floor molding in the living room. Otherwise I'd have given them an excellent rating.
Damage was noted by Myron and he sent pictures to his supervisor. By the way there has not been a follow up on this yet by Hireahelper or Elite Staffing.

Although they completed the job, the first team came w/o tools, dolly, etc. The second team had one drill and one dolly so only one could use at a time. They could have accomplished the job quicker had they both had tools to use. They still had no gloves, no masks, thus when they put the mattresses and beds together they got them dirty. As I mentioned, they completed the job. However, it was not the professional appearance or team I was expecting.

They were a little late arriving, but did a wonderful job loading. Both helpers were professionals and hard workers and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Only one of the two movers came. The other had gotten into a car accident (obviously out of anyone's control), but the company did not provide someone to replace them. We did get an extra hour of moving time for free, but considering we still paid the full amount of the original scheduled time, it would have been nice to have two workers like we were promised (or at least not have to pay for two workers when we only received one). That said, Jeremy did a great job.

Our helper did a great job and helped us get our cubes unloaded very quickly. I would highly recommend Hire a Helper to anyone needing moving labor help. We used them when we loaded in Idaho and then again yesterday here in St. Louis. Thank you Jeremy, and thank you Hire A Helper!
