Greg was extremely acommidating due to circumstances with PODS not being able to deliver on time, he had a crew on stand by waiting for the word the POD had been delivered. The guys that came out to unload (Matt and Lee) arrived right on time and were very professional. Matt and Lee were very careful with the unloading of all of our things, they were very careful while unloading to make sure they didn't bang into door casings and walls. All in all the boys worked very hard. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a helping hand with a move!

They were on time and prepared for the job. They worked hard and ensured no damage was done. They completed the job in less than the 2 hours allotted, which gave us more time to unpack. I would definitely use them again and in fact did as they packed the container that they were unloading.

This is the second time I used MHME and had requested Blaine and Ryan because they did such a great job the first time. Again they were on time, prepared and did not stop! Loading a POD is not easy if you want to utilize every inch of space but these guys know what they are doing. They took great care in how they loaded our belongings. I would highly recommend their services if you want a job done right. Thanks guys!

Have never had a more difficult move than with MHME moving solutions. For a 3 bedroom/3 bath vacation home with no basement it took 10.5 hours. That time was with me packing 90% of the items that were packable. Our total bill was $1,900! Completely unacceptable.
Movers were polite and careful, however, management has been unresponsive to concerns expressed about cost and time taken. Never even a return phone call from the company after 3 calls and 2 emails.
Being small business owners ourselves, my husband and I do not make it a practice to file complaints, however, this is an exception.

We had Blaine and Ryan load for us this past Sunday and they did a wonderful job. They packed the POD so tight. We would have never been able to accomplish what they did. I want to have them back for the second POD this coming weekend. Would strongly recommend using MHME.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
