Excellent. Received call to confirm job two days prior. Two men called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time with proper equipment. Very efficient. Under two hours to unload a 16 ft pod. They were hard working and even assisted in moving current furniture to accommodate the unloaded furniture in rooms. Courteous, always asked questions if they were unsure of where to put an item and handled items with care. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for making this stress free.

The workers were on time.
They were prepared and ready for the job.
The workers worked very hard and diligently. They followed directions very well and were courteous.
The workers were very cautious of the furniture and had their own materials for protecting the furniture during the move. They were also careful not to bump walls or other items with the move.
I would recommend this service to others and I would use this service again.

They were on time, fully prepared, super hard workers and really seemed to care about our belongings. They kept us in the loop the entire time, made small talk and we felt completely comfortable with them. They were even able to stay for additional time to make sure all our items were properly packed. We will be reserving the same moving a for next time!

Matt Pope & Lee Church were fabulous with packing the pod. They were only suppose to be there for 2 hours and ended up staying for 5 hours. They saved me a lot of headache by helping me get as much packed as they could. Very polite & overly helpful.

Crew was efficient and focused. They packed the pod with everything we discussed and more. Only complaint is they did not bring a mattress cover as discussed.
This was our first time using PODs and a service to load the POD so we were very apprehensive, considering the size of our furniture. I was reassured based my phone conversation with M.H.M.E. Moving Solutions that two 16’ PODS would be sufficient. They were correct on the two PODS.
I would suggest that M.H.M.E. Moving Solutions review a policy, as an extra service, for coming out ahead of schedule to survey the move. At this time they could recommend materials that the homeowner could provide or that would be more efficient if provided by them. This would be valuable to those using this service for the first time, considering the high level of apprehension.

They arrived on time!! They both had experience packing for a long cross-country move and were careful about securing my load. They handled the fragile items with a lot of care. We haven't gotten to our final destination yet to know how everything survived the travel.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
